Orlie Reid Jr. is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has over 20 years of clinical experience. Orlie Reid Jr. has served as a program Director for two youth diversion programs, Vice President with Crawford Consulting and Mental Health Services, Therapeutic Foster Care Director at Progressive Life Center, and Executive Clinical Director with Melwood, and agency that services clients with developmental disabilities. Orlie is passionate about working in his purpose as a change agent for success which lead him to open his own private practice "Rhema Counseling Services" with his wife Natashia Reid, a thriving private practice located in and serving Southern Maryland. Orlie and his wife have conducted numerous marriage conferences around the country in addition to other leadership and mentorship trainings. Orlie truly believes that he has been called for his work and continues to operate by the knowledge that he is truly serving God through the ministry of serving others.

Natashia Reid is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a vast amount of experience in uplifting and fortifying individuals. Natashia has been in the field for 20 years. Natashia knew at an early age that she wanted to help people. During high school she discovered that she had a gift for doing so. It was then that she decided to further her education in the helping profession of Social Work. Her mission has always been to empower others which she has accomplished through mentoring and providing support groups to young women. Natashia uses her voice to propel other forward as a women's conference speaker, trainer, and minister. She has been in private practice with her husband, Orlie as a Psychotherapist helping individuals, children, and families empowering them to overcome life struggles for over eleven years. She and her husband are Marriage Counselors who speak at Marriage Retreats and Conferences around the Country

Shirletta Butler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Social Work from Delaware State University. She went on to further her education by receiving her Master's of Social Work degree from Howard University. Shirletta has always had a passion for empowering others as she has a natural gift of encouraging and challenging individuals to reach their highest potential. Shirletta served in the Gerontology profession as the Director of Social Service at Sunrise Senior Assisted Living and the Director of Social Service at Genesis Health Care, by advocating for seniors and empowering seniors to have the best quality of life. She currently is a Clinical Therapist providing psychotherapy to children, individuals, and families. Shirletta has also empowered generations of women by developing programs, mentorships, and by motivational speaking.

Keith Butler is a Licensed and Ordained Minister who has made it his life's missions to empower people and point them in the direction of Jesus Christ. Keith currently holds a Ministry degree in Leadership and Organization from Logos University. He has served in Ministry for over 10 years. Keith has a passion for empowering the next generation to reach their full potential. Keith has served the community through roles such as a Chaplain to local high school football teams, Track and Field Coach, Character Coach with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes(FCA), Board Member of Young Life, and a Mentor to local High School and Elementary Schools. Keith has Developed and Instituted several programs in the school system, churches, and the community. Keith currently serves as the Lead Pastor of the Hope Center Church, Community Advocate, Teacher, Mentor, and Motivational Speaker.
